The Last Commit is a French product studio founded by Émilie and Robin. We design, launch and run our own products, from idea to production, on infrastructure we operate ourselves.
Many products never make it past the demo. Not for lack of ideas, but for lack of execution: messy data, runaway costs, no way to measure quality. The prototype impresses, the MVP shows promise, but between the demo and a product people use every day, there's an ocean.
We chose to cross it with our own products. Memojin turns course notes into revision with AI, Aukilo compares prices per kilo, Vitef helps with everyday paperwork. We design, sell and run them ourselves, all the way to the last commit: the one that ships to production.
We also put this method to work for teams whose project has stalled: that's Go To Prod.
Émilie and Robin founded The Last Commit around a simple conviction: an idea is only worth something once it reaches production, in the hands of the people who use it.
