The Last Commit is a network of tech, product and design operators. We take over stuck projects and ship them to production. Where others advise, we execute.

// Our story

Born from a simple observation.

80% of tech projects fail before reaching production. Not for lack of ideas, but for lack of execution. The prototype runs in demo. The MVP shows promise. But between demo and production, there's an ocean: tests, security, observability, scalability, accessibility.

We decided to bridge that ocean. The Last Commit brings together seniors who have already shipped — often several times — products in real-world conditions. We step in on projects nobody knows how to finish, and we bring them to the last commit: the one that ships to production.

Two profiles, one common direction.

The Last Commit was co-founded by Émilie and Robin around a simple conviction: what stuck tech projects lack isn't ideas — it's execution.

Co-founder — Strategy & Network

Émilie leads the product vision and the life of the network. With a background in strategy, operations and business development, she structures missions, selects profiles and ensures every project finds the right team to reach the last commit. Her conviction: the quality of a delivery depends as much on human alignment as on technical excellence.

Robin

Co-founder — Engineering & Delivery

Robin owns the technical leadership at The Last Commit. A software engineer with expertise in product architecture, mobile and applied AI, he sets the network's delivery standards and steps in on the most demanding missions. His obsession: turning a prototype, an MVP or a stuck project into a product that actually works in production.
